Cancellation Policy

Guest Cancellations

To ensure fairness and room availability for all guests, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • 48H+
    Timely Cancellation

    Cancellations made more than **48 hours** prior to the scheduled check-in time will be eligible for a full refund of any advance payments.

  • 24H-48H
    Standard Cancellation

    Cancellations made between **24 and 48 hours** prior to the scheduled check-in time will incur a cancellation fee equal to **50%** of the advance payment.

  • <24H
    Last Minute / No Show

    Cancellations made less than **24 hours** prior to check-in, or failure to show up (No-Show), will be charged the full advance amount. No refunds will be issued.

Management Cancellations

In rare circumstances such as structural issues, government orders, or overbooking errors, the management may cancel a booking. In such cases:

  • Guests will receive a **100% refund** immediately.
  • We will attempt to assist the guest in finding alternative accommodation nearby.
