Refund Conditions

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our management. Refunds are processed based on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled check-in time.

At least 48 hours before check-in Full Refund (100%)
Between 48 hours and 24 hours before check-in Partial Refund (50%)
Less than 24 hours before check-in No Refund (0%)

Refund Process

All refund requests must be initiated via the original booking channel (WhatsApp or Website). Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within **5-7 business days**.
